7. If you receive any damaged or defective product, you must record a 360° uncut opening video showing the issue clearly; without this video, no complaint or replacement request will be accepted.

8. The validity of gift vouchers and vouchers issued for exchange will be of 6 months.

9. Please use the store credit in one go while placing the order. No new store credit will be issued in any circumstances.

10. We don't have a reverse pick-up facility. Please send your product back to the address below for exchange.
